  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may incur additional charges

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • YWL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The accuracy or completeness of information on our website
  • The suitability of our services for your specific needs
  • The results that may be obtained from using our services

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YWL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jinan, Shandong Province.
